A joint venture between MGN Civil and Menard Oceania was established to enhance a significant portion of land at the Port of Brisbane. Through the implementation of vacuum consolidation, pre-fabricated vertical drains, and surcharge material, the joint venture achieved a favorable result for the Port.

MGN Civil was responsible for installing 2 million meters of PVDs and over 1 million cubic meters of surcharge material, while also providing civil support to Menard throughout the project’s duration.
