The Mount Morgan – Dam 8 Upgrade Project, was undertaken to stop water seepage through the existing embankment and entering the main contaminated pit.

MGN Civil was responsible for the construction of the impervious seal which included reshaping the existing bank, placement of synthetic fabrics, installation of drainage layers and final shaping and rock placement.
