As the principal contractor MGN Civil was responsible for the following works:

• all landside components inclusive of dredging, rock revetment and demolition of existing structures
• supply and construction of a vertical structural wall and tie back anchoring system
• construction of berth scour protection at the basin floor and batter stabilization
• supply and placement of rock
• marine infrastructure including floating pontoon, mooring system, piles, services, and access gangway
• precast floating pontoon construction and installation.
